  4. To receive quality service in accordance with the current regulations and the terms established in the service provision contract.<\/li>\n
  5. To receive periodic and timely invoices for the services rendered, in accordance with the agreed conditions.<\/li>\n
  6. To receive all information, guidance, and assistance required to carry out any procedure with GECELCA.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1. To refrain from giving or receiving gifts or favors from GECELCA employees and\/or contractors for activities related to the provision of the service.<\/li>\n
    2. To maintain their electrical networks and installations, equipment, and electrical devices, and use them properly.<\/li>\n
    3. To inform GECELCA S.A. E.S.P. of any irregularity, anomaly, or change in the electrical networks and installations, in the meter or measurement equipment, in the variation of load, in the change of ownership, address, or any other event that implies a modification of the conditions and data registered in the service contract.<\/li>\n
    4. To allow the inspection of meters and energy measurement systems, providing access to GECELCA S.A. E.S.P. operators to the location where the meter is located, as well as its periodic reading.<\/li>\n
    5. To comply with all provisions of the Measurement Code, Resolution CREG 038 of 2014, and any modifications, additions, or replacements thereof.<\/li>\n
    6. To fulfill the obligations contained in the contract for the provision of electricity and natural gas commercialization services.<\/li>\n
    7. To perform the calibration of meters and energy measurement equipment in accordance with the provisions of the measurement code.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Energy Commercialization Rates<\/h2>\n

      The prices offered by GECELCA S.A. E.S.P. for energy sales in the market take into account, among other factors, the variables established in the current regulations, the variable operation costs of the units represented in the market, fuel cost projections, as well as projections of market price levels, which are strongly dependent on weather conditions in Colombia, due to the high hydropower component of the generating park. For non-regulated clients, in addition to the factors mentioned above, the final price is agreed upon by both parties after a negotiation process.<\/p>\n
